The world has been in an unstable state due to a
combination of problems including global warming, impending oil depletion,
overpopulation, and environmental imbalances. Scientists have warned that immediate resolute
measures have to be taken to prevent serious consequences. We are now happy to announce that a project is being
started this summer (2004) that will make it possible to solve the problems. A new approach was required The failure of world
leaders to cooperate effectively in spite of stern warnings, based on
abundant evidence, demonstrates beyond any doubt that traditional approaches
to establish international cooperation did not work. To ensure success a solution had to fulfill the following criteria: · Its efficacy must have been scientifically confirmed, · It must be possible to implement rapidly, · It must have immediate, global effects. There is a solution that
fulfils all these criteria and it is now becoming implemented, see: |
